Most Haunted - is it true stuff?

programmes like most haunted, were they stand in a room and go ';betsy, betty? i feel... i feel ouch!! ow it scratched me!'; and all that crap, do you believe it?Most Haunted - is it true stuff?
No, it's rubbish and aims to entertain people who don't question things.





I remember catching a bit where it said ';Dave here says he is psychic and can talk to the dead, can't you Dave?';





(shrugs) ';Er.... yeah.';

';Most Haunted'; pisses me off. It's like little girls running around in one of those carnival haunted houses. I think it's fake because in every episode it's like they're running around screaming in fright. If real stuff was actually happening to them, they would definitely not come back for another show. If they were real ghost hunters, they might get startled by something or freaked-out by something, but they wouldn't make total asses of themselves on national television. I hate this show.





';Ghost Hunters'; is so much better. And you can tell they're not trying to pull anything over on you because, seriously, the last couple episode have been dry with very little findings. ';Ghost Hunter: International'; was even worse in there lack of findings. ';Paranormal State'; is good show also. It seems pretty authentic. Not too many findings but most of the episodes have a good story to them. Some of the mediums they bring in are a little out there, but that's often just a case where the supposed medium is so into themselves that can't really believe they are not psychic.





';Ghost Adventures'; is somewhere in between. Some of the stuff I think is made up for entertainment purposes. For example, where one of the guys claims they're possessed or partially possessed. That's bull. And sometimes ';Ghost Adventures'; will go to a place and it will be so incredibly haunted, but when ';Ghost Hunters'; goes there, they don't get anything. Like in the original documentary that started the series, they go to this abandoned hotel in Nevada and they have flying two-by-four's and EVP's and eyewitnesses. ';Ghost Hunters'; went there and found crap. This was also the case in another episode where they went to an insane asylum and TAPS found nothing short of strange sounds and maybe an EVP. So I think the verdict's still out on this show.





';Most Haunted Places in America';, ';A Haunting';, ';Sightings';, and other shows like this are mere dramatizations of what people claim to have experience, but there's never any real proof. It's total entertainment and often time very annoying. They always jump to conclusions and they always have that cheesy music and voice-overs. I especially hate that Exorcist girl's voice narrating ';Most Haunted Places in America';.





Nobody here is going to give you the right answer because they only people that can tell you if they're real or totally faked is the people doing the show. Hope this helps.
Some of it could be true. But I'm pretty sure a lot of it is exaggerated to a point where the scenes on the show are noting like what supposedly happened. Probably to entertain and make the story more interesting. I'm sure some of the people who report the story exaggerate it a bit to make sure it's good enough to get put on, and when some stories get put on, they're exaggerated and twist some things for more shock value. You can't really know how similar the story was, or how bad it was to any degree.

they visit places that claim to be haunted and when you go out at night most of the time you feel less safe and insecure. your mind and imagination are stronger when you can't see very well and you could easily think someone or something touched you if you are scared enough to believe there is something there.





in some episodes i must admit that there are some unexplained activities but some just don't look genuine to me.

Yeah i'm pretty sure it's for real. I just think that shows like 'Most Haunted' should get someone who isn't going to scream like a spoilt brat at every suspicious sound. If Yvette Fielding is that much of scaredy cat why bother doing it? They should give the job to someone who has the guts to behave like an adult.

As i've had personal experiences of that I do believe and i think it's amazing.
Take this every presenter the show has had normally gets fired for researching before hand the ';Haunted'; site!
Ghost hunters is a better program. They try to disprove every thing so if they do see something and cant explain it I believe that to be true..
well, I used to be a huge fan of Most Haunted but I got sick of Yvette screaming louder than anyone else. She is two faced %26amp; too bossy
some of it but i think most of its made up it seems like they can control when stuff happens and from what i understand is no can control ghosts

It's as real as religious claims.
